The ADA Friendly Fourplex is a studio housing project that organizes three unit types: singles, ADA doubles, and an ADA family unit into a compact, fully accessible cluster.

Each residence is planned with clear, step-free circulation, generous door widths, and flexible layouts to support a wide spectrum of mobility needs.

On-site amenities include integrated car parking, dedicated bike and scooter parking, and a centrally aligned emergency fire lane that doubles as a shared access spine, ensuring every home connects directly to a safe egress route.

As a whole, the fourplex tests how small-scale infill housing can be both inclusive and spatially efficient, sustainable, and affordable - pairing everyday convenience with dignified, barrier-free living.
